You are an Illustrator with at least 1 year of experience, who will focus on assessing the needs of individual scripts and, through reuse of the asset library and original creation, provide animators with the required assets for each project. Reporting to the Chief Content Officer, the Illustrator / image bank librarian will be responsible for preparing all illustrations for the animation team.

To be successful in this position you must have strong organizational skills and be effective in the way that you work and manage your time. You are warm and friendly and make others feel comfortable. A team player eager to learn and share!

Communications in the company are done in English, so you’ll need to have full professional proficiency in English. This a fixed term position of 12 months.

Principal responsibility

• Create illustrations in the Binogi style for our animated lessons and promotional materials.
• Organize and maintain the current image asset library.
• Read and assess scripts defining required images to be created or re-used for the animation projects.
• Work closely with writers and animators to ensure all images are engaging and pedagogically correct.
• Work with the content team to ensure Binogi is aware of and utilizing the most up to date technology in our image creation process.
• Managing and maintaining an up to date Binogi style guide

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• At least one year Adobe Illustrator experience
• Work well both independently and in a team environment
• Proficient english both written and spoken
• Experience with the program After Effects is a bonus
