Binogi Nordics is a fast-growing EdTech company with a mission to create a more equitable and inclusive learning experience for students around the world. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Nordic team as a Account Manager and more, for the Nordic region.
Your Role:
- Be the face of Binogi, building and nurturing relationships with municipalities and schools across Finland and Sweden.
- Drive the adoption of Binogi in new municipalities and expand our reach within existing ones.
- Promote our research and development project, "Språkprojektet," and engage municipalities in our research initiatives.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Represent Binogi at conferences, webinars, and other events.
- Be a “Binogi influencer” in different social media channels, in Finnish, Swedish and English on LinkedIn, Instagram and FaceBook.
- Contribute to a dynamic and value-driven team committed to transforming education.
Key Skills and requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish
- Living in Stockholm, hybrid position with a base at our Stockholm office
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nordic education systems.
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- A passion for education and a commitment to Binogi's mission.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- A willingness to learn new systems and an interest in technological solutions, including AI.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with municipalities.
- Experience in education, teaching, and/or digital learning environments.
- Experience and knowledge of CRM-systems.
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and platforms.
- Project management experience.
